Sending messages to clients within My PT Hub is super easy.

From here you can see all of your current read and unread conversations, and also send a new message.

To send a new message, click on the 'plus' icon and hit the 'new message' button. From here, select who you want to send a message to and compose your message.

The maximum length of text message that you can send is 918 characters. However, if you send more than 160 characters then your message will be broken down in to chunks of 153 characters before being sent to the recipient's handset.
